Lesson 2: Riches Are in the Niches


This lesson blew my mind.

Hormozi says you don’t need to serve everyone.

Instead, focus on a specific group of people.

Find out their biggest pain points and solve them in a way no one else does.

For example, a generic weight loss program might charge $20.

But a weight loss program for new moms recovering from childbirth can charge $200. 

Why?

Because it’s tailored to a specific need.

By focusing on a niche, you’ll stand out and make more money.



Lesson 3: Reverse the Risk


This one is a game-changer

People hesitate to buy because they’re scared.

They wonder, “What if this doesn’t work for me?” Hormozi says you can fix this with a strong guarantee.

 For example, instead of saying, “Buy my course,” say, “If you don’t see results in 30 days, I’ll give you your money back.” 


Or better yet, “You won’t pay until you see results.” This makes people feel safe. And safe people buy.

My Takeaway


These lessons are simple, but they work.

I’ve started thinking about how I can use them in my own blogging business. For example, I plan to focus more on niche audiences.

Instead of writing for all book lovers, I’ll target readers who love non-fiction. I also want to create more value by adding free resources, like book club guides or reading checklists.

Creating a great offer isn’t about tricks. 

It’s about understanding people and solving their problems.
